The pre-competitive team is an opportunity for your kids to be introduced to competitive climbing. Pre-Comp is meant for kids ages 9-16 with intermediate to advanced climbing skills. Practices are 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm-9pm. As a part of Pre-Comp you will have the opportunity to compete at the D2 level within the FQME comp circuit. Pre-Comp is a stepping stone to the competitive climbing team at Coyote. It is a great opportunity for kids looking to build their strength, endurance and technique surrounded by other kids who are just as enthusiastic about climbing. The team changes yearly and has already been set for 2023-2024.
